Tubestock Planting – Viro/Hiko Trays & Nursing Tubes

Ideal for revegetation, forestry, and large-scale restoration projects, Green Growth Planting's tubestock installation ensures rapid establishment with high survival rates, making us a cost-effective solution.

Plant Sizes:
Viro/Hiko Trays (40-60mm root plugs)
Nursing Tubes (50mm-90mm)

Production Rates:
Experienced planting terms can install 2000-20.000 plants per day (site conditions permitting).

We use efficient hand-planting, mechanical augers, and forestry planting methods to maximize productivity and plant survival.

Nursery Pots - 140mm, 200mm & 300mm

Suited for landscaping, urban development, and commercial green spaces, nursery pots offer an immediate visual impact and a strong root system.'

140mm pots – for mass landscaping and native shrub installations.
200mm pots – for mid-sized plantings in commercial projects.
300mm pots – for larger shrubs and small trees in streetscapes and parks.

✅ Production Rates:
140mm pots: 500–3000 per planting team per day.
200mm pots: 300–1500 per planting team per day.
300mm pots: 250–1500 per planting team per day.

To ensure longevity and proper root establishment, our team follows best practices for depth, soil preparation, staking, and irrigation pipe avoidance.

Streetscape & Advanced Tree Planting – 45L to 400L Air-Pruned Trees

For urban developments, roadside planting, and high-profile landscape projects, our team installs large, container-grown trees with specialized care to ensure long-term health and stability.

✅ Tree Sizes:
45L & 100L air-pruned trees – commonly used in streetscapes, commercial spaces, and parks.
200L & 300L trees – suitable for feature trees and large developments.
400L trees – premium, mature trees for instant urban canopy establishment.

✅ Production Rates:
45L trees: 30–50 per person per day (including staking and soil prep).
100L trees: 15–30 per person per day (with machinery support).
200L+ trees: 5–10 per person per day (with site prep, excavation, and machinery).

We make easy work with deep root planting, structural staking, and post-planting care to enhance tree establishment and urban resilience.

Independent Site Management

One of our contract specialties is bush-regeneration works to install native tubestock. Our team operates independently on these remote sites to handle the various responsibilities such as: native Australian species plant identification, setting out in accordance to landscape plans, and meeting production expectations of 20,000 tubestock installed per day or more. Each team has a Supervisor to ensure training, planting and work standards are acceptable - with EOD sign-off sheets to ensure clients are always satisfied with our work before we leave site.
